Developer Fee Study

The District has updated its Developer Fee Study as of January 12, 2023. Public notices were posted in the San Benito Free Lance on February 17th and 24th, 2023.

The Board of Trustees held a public hearing and received the report at its regular meeting on February 28, 2023.

New rates of $3.11 per square foot of residential development and $0.51 per square foot of commercial development will become effective April 30, 2023.
